Reproduction Male

What is more efficient for single-celled organisms, asexual reproduction or male female reproduction?
Please give me links supporting your answers, thank you so much!
Asexual reproduction is faster, but promotes genetic instability. If all the organisms, regardless of size, are genetically identical, a single disease or environmental factor kills them all. It is very common, however, in small (including single celled) organisms, where mutations are common and so variation arises without sexual reproduction. It is often supplemented, in prokaryotes (bacteria) with horizontal gene transfer (i.e. between members of the same generation).
Sexual reproduction is a much more complicated process, but as it allows much greater genetic variation with in a population, it increases the chances of continued survival of a population, provided that there are always at least two.
most single celled organisms have only one sex, so if they do practice sexual reproduction, it is not “male female” reproduction. Whether you meant specifically male female or sexual, I would say that if you count efficiency as propogation speed, asexual reproduction wins hands down, whether your talking about single celled animals or not. It is definitely more common than sexual reproduction.
